To mitigate damages to the unit, please contact our after hours line to report FIRE, SEWER BACK UP, FLOOD, HEATING ISSUES, GAS SMELLS, ELEVATOR MALFUNCTIONS AND ANY POWER OUTAGES.

SECURITY

We kindly ask all resident to be vigilant when entering and exiting the building, please do not allow any unknown person into the building. We ask that you report any suspicious activity to the POLICE by calling 403-266-1234. Your security & safety begins with you!!

BUILDING AMENITIES

Swimming Pool Hours: 6:00am to 11:00pm

Gym Hours: 6:00am to 11:00pm

ALL AMENITY FACILITIES ARE USED AT YOUR OWN RISK
Any children under the age of 13 years must be accompanied and supervised by an adult when using the pool and Gym. Please be courteous to other residents by using the equipment in the Gym no longer than 30 minutes and to wipe down the equipment when finished. Please return the free weights to the rack when finished and please do not remove them from the gym. We thank you for your assistance and cooperation.

SMOKING

Please be advised that we have been receiving numerous complaints regarding cigarette and marijuana smoke in the hallways, stairs and elevators. Please be a responsible smoker, DO NOT smoke in the common areas and please DO NOT throw your cigarette butts or other smoking paraphernalia out your window.

INSURANCE

All residents MUST have content and liability insurance as stated in your lease agreement.
Westview Heights is not responsible for any damage to your personal property. Please ensure that your policy is current and up to date. Please provide the leasing office with a recent copy of your policy.

MOVE IN/MOVE OUT & DELIVERIES

All moves or large deliveries must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure that the elevator is available. Any issues with your move or delivery after hours please contact the on-call staff at 403-371-2249.

PETS

Please remember that all pets must be on a leash and under adequate control when on common property. Recently we have been receiving complaints regarding pets roaming around in the hallways urinating and defecating on the carpets. Residents caught will be charged with the cost associated with any damage and cleaning and could face possible eviction. Please help us keep the building clean by cleaning up after your pets.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL & RECYCLING

Please ensure that all garbage bags are tied up and placed in the large blue bins in the garbage room located at the rear exit of the building. Please do not dispose of any large household items, like mattress, couches, tables, electronics…etc. these items must be taken to the landfill. Residents caught dumping household items in the garbage room will be charged with the disposal cost. We also ask residents to flatten all cardboard boxes and place then in the large recycling bins located outside the back doors. Please be advised that the small blue cart bins in the garbage room are for composting ONLY. “NO GARBAGE PERMITTED” in the compost bins. Items permitted for composting are listed on top of the blue carts. Your cooperation regarding this matter is greatly appreciated.

HEATING & PLUMBING

Cold weather is quickly approaching, we ask all resident to PLEASE keep the windows closed as this can cause the heating pipes to freeze and burst causing major water damage. To minimize NO HEAT calls during the winter months, we ask residents to turn their thermostats to 30 DEGREES and listen for moving water to make sure the heating is working, in the event you do not get any water movement in your baseboards, please contact our office. Please do not place items or have furniture too close to the heating vents as this can disrupt the heat circulation in your unit. We would like to inform our residents that the building will have regular water shut downs over the next few months to hopefully resolve plumbing issues and reduce the amount of shut downs going forward. We do apologize for this inconvenience.

LIVE CHRISTMAS TREES

REMINDER!! NO live Christmas trees are permitted due to fire hazard.

BUILDING CLEANLINESS

Please do no discard of any garbage in common areas. When using the elevators please do not spit or smear food/drinks inside the elevators. Your cooperation in helping keep the building clean is much appreciated.

BUILDING RENOVATIONS

Exciting News!! Starting September 2018 we will renovating two (2) hallways per month with new flooring and paint starting on the top floor.
