Temp Contract – June 15th to September 30th

Duties

  • Answer all phone calls, emails & inquiries
  • Direct residents to their web portal for Service Tickets and Complaints
  • Book Leasing Admin appointments
  • Retention of Residents at Lease Term End
  • Customer Service

Requirements

  • Self-starter who is detail oriented, can multi-task, and creatively solve problems
  • Love Calgary and the inner-city
  • Have a passion for helping people
  • Excellent communication skills on the phone and in person
  • Be available to work evenings and weekends
  • Sales and customer service experience is considered an asset
  • Experience with Rent Manger is an asset
