We would like to thank all our Residents for following social distancing in the lobby and elevator areas here at Westview Heights. With restrictions being loosened in the following weeks, we would like to remind you to continue to practice social distancing to help to Stop the Spread.


We would like to remind residents not to leave trash and garbage in the hallways or the stairwells. If you have items that you need to get rid of, one of the following organization may be able to assist you.

If you have any maintenance requests, complaints, or non-emergent issues please submit a service ticket on our online Web Portal located here: If you have not been set up, please contact the Leasing Office to obtain your account number. Please note that once you set up your account you will be able to view your Tenant Account Information complete with any monies owed.


Regent Security will be taking over the Security at Westview Heights. They will begin coverage on May 17th, 2020. They will be patrolling Westview Heights and Garden Towers between 8 pm and 4 am. When not on site, a mobile patrol will provide backup.


We would like to remind residents to please wait for the parkade door to close when entering or leaving the parkade. This will help us to ensure that vagrants are not tail gating into the parkade. Parking is managed by Diamond Parking. Please contact them if you have any questions at

Over the past few months you may have noticed some new faces in the office. This new Team is dedicated to building a strong Community and ensuring that all our valuable Residents are treated with the Respect and Compassion that they deserve.



Meet Madeline, our Property Manager. With over 8 years of Property Management experience she is here to make you, our Residents, feel safe and at home. Madeline oversees our day-to-day activities ensuring the Residents are happy and respected while making sure the building is running smoothly. 


Meet Tricia, our Community Manager. Tricia is your go-to person for all things related to the Community. With just over 3 years in Property Management experience and even more in Customer Service she is ready to help you when you need her!


Meet Emilio, our Maintenance Technician. Emilio knows this building like the back of his hand. Any Service Issues that Emilio tackles are sure to be resolved quickly and efficiently.


Meet Andrew, our Community Manager Assistant. He is currently a student at the University of Calgary. He is learning about Property Management under the guidance of the rest of the Team.


Meet Clay, he is our Building Operator. He takes care of the Building’s heating, ventilation and plumbing in the building. He is the reason the building is running!
